Really Great April 24, 2010 Jason Hickerson For me this is the best looking frame available. Picture quality is great and the frame just looks good sitting on the shelf. Build is sturdy. Unlike other reviewers, I've had no trouble connecting this to my Mac.
Not compatible with flash/jump drives or I would have rated it 5 stars.
Beware of Philips digital frames December 8, 2009 A. T. (Ann Arbor, MI USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've owned two of these products. The first one - after a couple hours worth of work (installing the s/w and then updating the s/w, charging the battery, and choosing photos) - didn't work and the second one displayed the exact same problem. Philips didn't attempt to trouble-shoot the problem the 1st or 2nd time. While this means I was able to convey the problem convincingly, it also suggests that they may know of the problem. Fortunately, they agreed to refund my purchase price, less shipping and handling. I couldn't have faced a third device!
Works great - Easy set-up July 17, 2009 Bryan S. Hucke (Houston, Texas) Looks good and a good value. Everything worked as promoted. Set up was easy and the picture display options are nice.
Good quality frame with lots of feature June 8, 2009 Mark Delsman I bought this frame because it was one of the only ones I could find that had a good-looking, stylish frame, instead of a cheap-looking black plastic or wood. It costs a little more than some of the others out there, but pictures look great and there are tons of features (I like the ability to automatically turn it on and off on designated times and days).
Product came defective, Phillips knew it January 11, 2009 K. Braunsdorf (Mount Vernon, NY) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I ordered this frame because it looked like it was well made and was a quality item for the price. However, the frame came defective, just a software issue, but still defective. When I called Phillips they told me immediately it was defective and that most of these frames were have this problem. They shipped me a new one and didn't want the old one back. The frame just came 3 weeks later.
