 Didn't work for me for snap-back cover August 22, 2010

I thought I had read the reviews & info carefully enough before I purchased this item, but I was unable to get it to work to remove the back of a children's Timex watch. I wanted it to work for snap-back watch covers. It's still possible that I just didn't figure out how to use it correctly because the tool comes with no instructions. The box refers you to a website called "[...]." I suggest going to that website before you purchase to make sure it will work for your watch.
I ended up using a letter opener to get the watch back open. I will probably order a knife-style watch back opener to use next time.

When the jewler wants to charge $17 to change your watch battery, this pays for itself after a couple of times. Good for people who have multiple watches.

This is worth getting. Why spend Money paying some Jeweler to change your battery when you can do it yourself for free!
It's made just good enough to get the job done for the price offered.( Made in China) Comes with multiple pins to fit your watch casing.
I used it on my Swiss Army Victorinox and it took the Titanium back off with ease!

I NEEDED TO OPEN MY ROLEX AND DID NOT WANT TO SPEND MUCH. I FOUND THIS WRENCH AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY. IT IS PRETTY WELL MADE AND DOES THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT IF YOU NEED TO OPEN A ROLEX.

Case wrench appeared to be reasonable quality but it came with one of the bits missing. Seller could not/would not send a replacement bit, and suggested just returning the entire piece. Return transaction was smooth. Hats off to Amazon.com for being easy to do business with.
